Rashida Bobb is the Founder and CEO of Bricks Disrupted, originally founded as Bricks Health, where she advises family offices, venture funds, and corporate venture groups on investment strategy, due diligence, and portfolio management. She also actively invests in and advises startups at pivotal inflection points, guiding them through growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
Her career spans strategic operations, venture investing, and innovation leadership at global corporations, venture firms, and high-growth startups, including Mastercard, Bayer, Peppermint VC, Pfizer, Ada Health, and Express Scripts. She brings a rare combination of operational rigor and investment acumen to scaling early-stage companies and backing transformative technologies.
At Mastercard, she launched and scaled the company's startup investment strategy focused on under-represented founders and investors, overseeing +$15M in committed capital. She built and managed a portfolio of 34 early-stage startups and three funds spanning payments, financial inclusion, small business solutions, and sustainability.
Born and raised in New York City, Rashida's perspective has been shaped by living and working across diverse global markets, including Uganda, the UK, Germany, Brazil, and multiple U.S. cities.
